Through my personal database, your listing will be transmitted by email to each prospective buyer whose search criteria fits with your property. 

All listings are fed directly from our local board to the Canada-wide MLS system, meaning you have exposure to every potential buyer with an internet connection. 

I have a large network of agents on other real estate boards in other areas that I collaborate with to increase the reach of my listings. 

Additionally, I am active on social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and have fostered an extensive network of complementary industry contacts.
