Laura is an absolute pleasure to work with. Initially I wondered if she would be my best choice to sell my home and purchase a condo, as both were out of her area of knowledge. Laura quickly stepped up to the plate, did some research, and guided me, literally holding my hand, through the entire process. I had been thinking about doing this for quite some time but kept putting it off because I was so nervous/worried about doing all of this on my own. It turned out I wasn't alone. Laura was always there. When a purchasing agent treated her with such contempt, Laura handled it with amazing grace and professionalism! The respect I have for Laura goes beyond words. I know I wouldn't have handled it nearly as well.
I had a list of some condo buildings that I was interested in seeing. Laura made the arrangements and took me to see condos in each of these buildings, always being aware of the market and pointing out the advantages and disadvantages. We thought we had found the perfect one for me until Laura, always being sure to do her due diligence, discovered a major problem with the outside structures of the entire set of condo buildings and the costs involved for the owners. So grateful to Laura for always looking out for my best interest! I cancelled that purchase with great sadness. I remember clearly Laura saying "The perfect one is out there and we will find it." I had my doubts but she was absolutely right! I just needed to be open to new possibilities. Laura helped me do just that and we looked at different condos. Laura found a building that I wasn't even considering and looked at a condo. It was beautiful but smaller than what I had wanted. On the spot, Laura looked to see if there were others on the market in that same building with the same view and found one. She convinced the owner/agent to let us see it that day and we found "the perfect one"!
I would absolutely recommend Laura to help and guide you through your purchase and/or sale. Laura is a wealth of knowledge in the industry and if she is unsure of anything she is honest and spends the time to find out the correct answers. She truly listens and doesn't stop until she finds the right match for you.
